1. Customers can request a full electronic tax invoice through the platform's system on the order process page or via the chat channel provided by the company immediately after placing an order and completing the payment.
2. Once the payment status is confirmed, you can request a full electronic tax invoice. The payment status must be confirmed between January 16, 2025, and February 28, 2025.
3. Requesting a full electronic tax invoice must be completed within 7 days from the payment date and only within the month of purchase. If the purchase is made at the end of the month, it must be completed within that month, and no extensions are allowed.
4. In the case of incorrect taxpayer identification number or address, the original procedure can be followed, allowing for corrections up to 3 times, and must be completed within a period of 7 days from the date of payment for the goods and within the month of payment for the goods.
5. The company will process the delivery of the electronic tax invoice via email within 30 days from the date of receiving a complete request.
