1. Plug the speaker into a USB power source using a charger with 5V/3A.
2. If the battery doesn't charge, try using a different USB cable and charger.
3. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its default settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Check the battery level
The battery status LED on the top of the speaker shows the battery level. If a single LED lights up, this mean the battery is less than 10% remaining. If the speaker is still on, you will hear a notification tone, indicating that it is time to charge the battery. You can also check the battery level in the Marshall Bluetooth app.
Note: Avoid using until the battery is low or empty to preserve the battery life.
Battery Charging Time for Emberton II
Quick charge: If charged within 20 minutes with a 5V/3A charger (Marshall USB cable), it can be used for 4 hours.
Full charge (full battery capacity): Charge for 3 hours with a 5V/3A charger (Marshall USB cable), it can be used for 30 hours or more (Usage depends on the set volume level)
