How to Clean Ear cushions
Headphones come in close contact with your skin frequently and sometimes for long periods of time. This may over time cause build-up of dirt and grease that can affect performance and cause skin irritation. Clean your headphones regularly to keep them fresh and make them last longer.

How to Use
1. Turn off the headphones and unplug the USB Type-C cable if it is connected.
2. Remove the ear cushions from the headphones. See the manual for instructions on how to remove it.
3. Place the ear cushions on a dry, lint-free cloth, then use a wet tissue or a dry, lint-free cloth moistened with a small amount of 70% isopropyl alcohol to gently clean the external surface of the headphones.
4. If the area to be cleaned is narrow or in a corner, clean it with a cotton bud moistened with 70% alcohol or 70% isopropyl alcohol, then wipe it with a dry cloth.
5. Avoid getting moisture in any openings or speaker meshes of the headphones. Clean the area carefully with a dry, soft cloth or cotton bud.
* Try not to soak the tissue or cotton bud, as alcohol is not friendly to leather and plastic. Just use enough to clean it properly. No need to shower the headphones.
* Do not attempt to use it until they are completely dry.
How to Clean Earphones
If the volume is low or the sound quality feels distorted, there may be dirt or earwax accumulated in the speaker port of the earphones.

To resolve the issue, please clean your earphones by following the steps below.
1. If there are earbud tips, remove them first.
2. Use a soft and dry toothbrush to gently remove dirt from the speaker of earphones
Note : Be careful not to let the dirt get too deep.
3. If there is dirt or earwax stuck and cannot be removed, use a cotton bud moistened with a small amount of alcohol to soak the dirt
4. Use a soft, dry toothbrush to gently brush to remove any dirt or softened ear wax, Dry the earbud after cleaning.
5. Use a wet tissue to wipe the outside of the earphone to remove dirt on the earbuds.
6. For models with earbud tips, remove the earbud tips and clean them by hand with water, After that, wipe off all the water and dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Note : Please be careful not to tear the earbud tips.
7. Make sure the ear tips are completely dry before wearing.
