If your headphones become erratic or unresponsive, follow the instructions below.
Perform a factory reset - this will return the headphones to their original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Note: This will delete all user settings and the headphones need to be set up again.
- With the headphones turned OFF, press and hold the control knob and watch the LED change from WHITE to DARK BLUE until it flashes PURPLE.
- Remove Major IV from your audio device's Bluetooth list before pairing again.
