Follow these steps to solve pairing issues with your Minor IV headphones:
1. Disconnect the earbuds from any audio devices.
2. Put the earbuds in the case with the case lid open.
3. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the case until the LED turns to a slow blue pulse.
4. Activate Bluetooth on your audio device and select Minor IV from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.
5. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
