Performing a factory reset: MOTIF II A.N.C.

  1. Make sure the charging case has batteries.
  2. Open the MOTIF II ANC case cover. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 15 seconds until the purple light ⬤ appears, then release your hand and close the case cover.
  3. Delete connection history from your mobile device and on the Marshall Bluetooth App (REMOVE DEVICE).
