After your claim request has been approved, you can return the product via ASH delivery service, which will pick up the product from you free of charge (Pick-up) or by self-arrangement. You must return the product within 3 days from the date of the claim request.
1. Product return process
Fill in your information on the product claim form at 👉https://warranty.ash-asia.com/myconsumerclaim/
You must 'Select Shipping Option:
✅ ASH Transportation picks up the product from you Pick up (free of charge)
Pick up (free of charge)
✅ or the customer delivers it themselves (Self-Arrange)
*For self-delivery via other transportation, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
2. ASH Transportation picks up the goods from you free of charge (Pick-up)
- When you submit a product claim request via 👉https://warranty.ash-asia.com/myconsumerclaim/ You will receive your product claim number, such as MYC-24XXXXXX.
- Please take note or save the screen to track the status of your product claim.
- “Type” your claim ID, for example MYC-24XXXXXX, and send it back to Ash Asia Malaysia
- Please pack the product and specify your claim ID number on the box
🚚 Pick up process
The delivery staff will come to your address to pick up the product for free within 1-2 working days. Just provide the waybill number (eg: MY3725XXXXX) to the delivery staff.
However, the date may change depending on the shipping company. The shipping company will contact the customer directly to arrange a pickup date.

📦Can deliver all general sized products (Non-Bulky Pick up)
For general sized products, the following characteristics apply:
✔ Weight less than 20 kilograms,
✔ Product width x length x height on all sides less than 100 centimeters,
✔ Product width x length x height on all 3 sides combined not exceeding 180 centimeters.

3. Customer delivers by themselves (Self-Arrange)
Customers can return the product through any convenient delivery channel, such as Pos Malaysia, J&T, Gdex, Ninja Van and DHL domestic at every branch near your home.
- Pack the product by writing the damaged symptoms on paper, including the box and all accessories neatly in the box. Write your full name, address, phone number and MYC-24XXXXXX on the front of the parcel box.
- Send the parcel to us or pick it up yourself.
