The speaker is not in pairing mode. |
I. Use the source button to select Bluetooth. |
There can be several reasons for Bluetooth pairing issues. Try these tips to solve it:
- Check if your speaker is connected to another audio device. If so, disconnect and pair it again.
- Turn the speaker off, wait for a full 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your audio device.
- Push the source button on the speaker to toggle between Bluetooth and AUX input and select Bluetooth mode. A lit indicator shows which source is selected.
- Pair your device again by pushing the source button for 2 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator starts to blink. Select Acton III from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.
- If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Note: Acton III can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. Playing a connected Bluetooth device will make it the selected audio source, pausing any previously played audio on the second device.
